Quick and simple process
Jay was amazing to work with for the sale of my house. He was honest and straight to the point with the expectations for the sale. Communication was excellent, if he missed my call he'd call back not long after, he kept me in the loop with offers and negotiationed a good sale price and the house was under offer after the first open house inspection. The entire process from discussing putting the house on the market to the completion of the Contract was simple and stress free, as Jay took care of it all. If I needed a realestate agent again, I will definitely be giving Jay a call!

Jay sold our townhouse in 2 weeks of listing in the price range listed. Our property was a rental and he obtained the keys from the managing agent and sorted out the lawn and ensured the property was cleaned before the open day. We had a good experience and would use Jay again.
