Outstanding Service!
Chris has sold my last 4 houses quickly, efficiently, ethically and with integrity. I first went to him after a so called ‘reputable agent’ on the Gold Coast had failed to sell my house after having it on their books for 12 months. Once I listed the same property with Chris, for the same $$ he had it sold in a month! Chris knows the market inside and out and has always given me the solid advice and guidance I expect. His team are very professional and deliver the whole package from the initial consultation, the property photo shoot and advertising to the actual open house days. I have no doubt I will use his services again simply because he can be trusted and relied upon. Put simply, why would I go anywhere else?

Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
As first home buyers, the whole process was a little daunting to start off. We'd looked at so many houses, dealt with hundreds of other Agents before we'd met Chris and found our new home. But honestly, we had the most stress free, comfortable and professional experience with our purchase. Chris made us feel so at ease, happy to answer all our silly questions and always so easily contactable. We were really impressed. Hearing other friend's horror stories of their Agents and how jealous they were of ours, we know we made the right choice and have no problems recommending Chris to anyone.

Good result at a difficult time
I think that Chris did a great job in selling our home and we got the price we had in mind at such a difficult time given the small amount of buyers at a time just before Christmas. Chris got us several offers and negotiated the deal we wanted. Chris' attention to detail in marketing our property certainly was a step above other real estates and surely contributed to the sale of our home. We would certainly use Chris and his team should we sell out home again.

Fast & Furious (in a good way)
We got recommended to use Chris from a friend and family member. From the word go he was so easy to deal with. Everything was so simple - he gave us his honest opinion on the price range of the house, we told him what we wanted - and the rest was history. Within a week we had an offer and it was sold on the second offer a couple days later. The most simple real estate transaction ive ever experienced. We didn't even have to meet, it was all done over the phone and email. Its easy to see why he is the best in the area. Id definitely use him again, and recommend him to others

Highly recommend!
Chris and the team at All Properties were amazing! When our house went on the market we had already made an offer on another property so the pressure was on! Chris was always available for contact, gave us fantastic advice and got us above asking price for our home. When moving day came and our removalists were hours late (with handover happening that day) one of the team came over, calmed me down and got her hands dirty helping with last minute cleaning. Above and beyond!

Very Smart Agent
