Under contract within a week!
We are so happy we chose Chris to be our agent. It was a hard decision to sell our outgrown family home of 14 years, but Chris and his team made things easy from start to finish. The photos and virtual tour looked great and they kept us updated with every step. The house went online on Monday, We had an open house Wednesday and again on Saturday, and signed a contract on Saturday night for a price better than we were expecting. I thank you so much Chris Gilmore for making our sale so smooth, when we need to sell we will be using you again.

Chris and his team are excellent!
Chris sold our property for the price we wanted in less than a month. We were given updates after every open home. All conversations between us were honest and we knew that our agent is on our side. Looking forward to working with Chris again

Best deal cracker
Having the experience of buying the property through Chris has been way beyond amazing. Through Chris we got the best negotiation. He made it so easy for us to buy the property where he took care of everything like paperwork, getting us visits to check the property at odd hours and the best thing about him is that he's been looking after us even after the sale of the property. Great service, guidance and communication!
