Living in Drewvale for the past 8 years we saw who sold most of the properties and the prices gained. In most cases it was All properties Group and Chris Gilmore's cheesy grin on the sold sign. Sorry Chris ;) From the 1st contact to the sold sign going up we felt we were in the right hands. Yes, you will pay a premium for their services. Factor that in to the price you need to get to walk away with the money you want and you won't be disappointed. They'll work for their money.
