It took only moments to feel that I would trust them, and they didn't disappoint. Although I didn't quite attain the result I was hoping for it certainly wasn't for the want of trying on their behalf. They were very helpful and always had my interests at heart. From the moment Ils and Ian came to my house to give me an appraisal to sell my house, I was impressed with their professionalism and gentle explanation approach. I found they were even happy with my continual questioning and were quite content to answer as many questions as I had already prepared.
