This local knowledge coupled with a great selling system made it possible for Chris to identify a buyer from his data base and close the sale, all in 5 days. Sales success with ils & ian Townley
Selling a property through ils and ian Townley was very successful, they were excellent at communicating with us through the whole process, discussing all our options thoroughly. Our house sold within 2 days of the first open day, at $47 000 over the list price! Excellent all round
ils really knows her stuff! I felt that she communicated everything that was going on. I never had to ask her anything because she always let me know what was happening first. ils was timely and professional all the time. She went above and beyond in helping me sell my property while I was living in a different state! It was important to me to know I was being looked after because I had to to trust her to look after everything while I wasn't there...and this is exactly the result I got.

Chris Gilmore @ All properties group was always going to be our only choice when selling our home. He has owned this area in knowledge of the market and sales for many years now and as far as advertising All properties, well you wont find another real-estate advertisement on any local bus stops. Our home was presented after the photo's, 3D scanning and short video (Twisted tie or not) Chris nailed the product for sale package. With the house advertised and presented the way it was it was a sure thing to get as many lots through the home. We are defiantly happy with the sell price that was achieved and would certainly recommend Chris Gilmore @ All Properties Group in the future to friends and family. Chris will be the only agent we will ever use.

All round great experience!
