Derrick was excellent to work with in selling our home. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and provided useful hints along the way. He did not hassle us at all after giving the initial appraisal, and gave us time to make our decision and get things organised before putting the property on the market, unlike an other agent who did an appraisal. I had the absolute best experience with Natalie selling my late Mum's home. The house needed a little TLC, and she organised everything that needed to be done for me. I was so impressed with Natalie's constant communication, and how quickly she took action whenever something needed to be done - nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt informed and supported. I genuinely cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. She is amazing. She's someone who truly cares about her seller and getting the best outcome for them (and she certainly did in my case, I got more than I anticipated for my home) If i ever sell again, it will one million percent be with Natalie!
