Jay provided necessary advice, 'removing all existing furniture' and had the property staged not just digital format. Furniture staging really sold the vision of the home to prospective buyers. Jay worked hard for us and our property was sold after the first inspection with 12 offers. In efficiency we couldn't be happier. Contract duration and contract dates were a sticking point. We felt railroaded into accepting what Jay wanted for contract duration and contract date after accepting the highest offer on the table. I would certainly be more discerning next time.
