Derrick had fantastic knowledge of the market, when purchasing our property he was able to quote previous listings within the area, what they were asking what they went for etc. Derrick knew details regarding owner/occupier to renter ratios and was extremely knowledgeable and capable of answering all our questions. Derrick not only answered the phone always but called often to check in to see how things were going. 10/10 recommend.
