He was professional throughout the whole process
Jay was an excellent realtor that helped us sell our property. He was professional throughout the whole process and flexible where he needed to be. He communicated through all the ups and downs well and was reliable. I'd recommend Jay when selling or purchasing a property in the Logan City Council region.

Jay's communication was beyond reproach
The initial response to my inquiry was fast, and Jay set up a meeting for the next day. Jay presented well at the meeting and ran through the process in great detail, and explained how he intends to get our property sold at a price we nominated. His proposal was 20% higher than another Real estate firm. Yes, he delivered! Jay's communication was beyond reproach. He has been one step ahead and made the process easy and enjoyable. Well done!

Sasa is the Yarrabilba expert. He has sold here for many years and achieved many record prices. His initial visit was insightful and he provided some great marketing ideas and professional materials. We had an offer before we even had an open home. Several competing offers later and we had a sale after only three days for more than we had hoped for. Couldn’t wipe the smile of our faces. Sasa is the loveliest man, great rates and knows his business well!!!
