After obtaining a number of appraisals for my property a few months ago I selected Peter Wildermoth to be my agent. With the sale now finalised it would have been easy to bypass writing a review, however, people of integrity and sound business acumen deserve to be recognised, therefore I have decided to publicly acknowledge Peter’s professionalism. Having had dealings with over 15 Real Estate agents over the years, sometimes I was the seller other times the buyer, I believe I am able to make a realistic and unbiased assessment of how good or bad an agent is. Without a doubt, Peter Wildermoth is not only in the good section, he leads it. Peter knows his product and better still he relates very well to people. Even though Peter was engaged by me as the seller, he saw himself not just as a salesman but as the facilitator of a deal and while always acting professionally and maintaining confidences he made time to understand my situation and also that of the buyer. He was more than accommodating with his time providing me with insightful perspectives of the market, how best to market the property and he negotiated a price that I was more than happy to accept. Unlike other agents, I believe that Peter, while working for me as the seller, knew that there is no ‘real’ sale without a satisfied buyer and while he represented me strongly and fairly he also ensured that the buyer was given every opportunity to make an educated decision. Peter helped them in their deliberations, giving them the information that they needed to make an informed decision. In a way Peter became a trusted friend and that trust resulted in a mutually beneficial sale. Peter wasn’t just about the sale though, they come and go. Peter was about the relationship, which is the basis of good business practice – the forerunner to the next sale. Smart, capable, hardworking, ethical and friendly – that’s Peter Wildermoth. He is recommended.
