Peter was top notch professional right from the word go. From initial email and engagement to making the appraisal and right through to settlement Peter was engaged and attentive. With three good offers after one home open all I had to do was decide which one to go with. There was no pressure from Peter to accept any but I was happy to move forward. This is a saying I heard Peter say many times "you have to be happy Tim, after all it's your property". During final inspection a fee small maintenance items were picked up. I relied upon Avenue Ones network to have trades rectify without delay so as not to impede settlement. And as the whole experience is now concluded I reflect that if I were to train as a real estate agent I would want Peter as my mentor. Job well done.

Over recent years we have built a good relationship with Peter. With no pressure he would contact me occasionally to see how things were going. During that time I also contacted Peter with a couple of general questions which he was more than happy to answer. So, when selling time came Peter was the first person we contacted. The whole process ended up being very quick and during that time Peter was always prompt , professional and communicative. As the villa was unoccupied Peter made sure that the floors were clean after viewings and turned the water off at the metre etc. Peter also offered very sound advice regarding presentation and marketing with virtual furniture which worked beautifully.
