I have known Peter since 2012 when I bought a 2*1 unit from him. He was very client focused and accommodating, negotiated to allow my furniture to be delivered prior to settlement date, which was a great relief. I was pleasantly surprised when I found 2 bottles of champagne welcoming me when I arrived at my new house. For the next 9 years without fail, Peter always made a quick call at Christmas time to touch base with me. When I needed rent or market appraisal, he never hesitated to assist me even though I did not give him or his company any business for all that time. This year I asked Peter to sell this unit for me and he exceeded my expectation of what an outstanding agent would be. The market was unpredictable, my tenant had pet and overloaded possessions during home opens, weather was atrocious, but every encounter I had with Peter, he was energetic, genuine and very optimistic. Peter worked with me every week, following up enquiries, preparing and tending home opens and communicating with me about any progress. His experiences in Perth metro real estate is exceptional and that installed great confidence in me. It was not a super quick or straightforward sale, but Peter achieved what he said he would and amazingly held almost equal value for my unit after a decade. Many of surrounding and similar units suffered great loss at this time, but thanks to Peter, I did not. I recommend Peter to anyone who enjoys a selling experience that is worry-free, quick response and a very sophisticated admin process. Of all agents I have encountered, Peter is the only one who I never had to chase any paperwork, home open outcome or progress.
