Merete Gory With over seven years of experience in property management, Merete brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a personal touch to her role. In 2024, she completed a Diploma in Property, building on her academic foundation with a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) completed in 2016. Her commitment to excellence has been recognised with multiple accolades, including Property Manager of the Year and Branch Employee of the Year. Before transitioning into real estate, Merete built a 20-year career in the oil and gas industry, working as a Project Administrator, Secretary, and Coordinator across small to large engineering teams. She also gained valuable insight into people and operations through her role as an HR consultant with Maersk Drilling. This diverse background gives her a unique edge in managing properties with precision and care. Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, Merete has called Australia home for many years. She has been happily married for 27 years and is a proud mother of two – a son and daughter, both pursuing Commerce degrees while actively involved in competitive sport. Outside of work, Merete enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending music events, theatre, and concerts, and cooking for friends and loved ones. She is also an active community volunteer, supporting her daughter’s gymnastics club and serving as Team Manager for the WA State Team at National Championships since 2021. In addition, Merete is currently the President of the Scandinavian Association of WA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating Scandinavian culture and traditions.

Regular feedback & attention to detail

We are interstate owners entrusting Raywhite Cottesloe to manage the rental of our previous home in WA . We are very pleased with the services of India-Rose and Amanda. They both stepped in when our rental manager resigned just before our property needed reletting. India - Rose set up a WhatsApp Chat so that we were always kept up to date with the viewing times , responses, applications etc. They were very resourceful and proactive in the letting campaign which have all paid off . Our property has been let to a lovely couple and we are very happy . Thank you !
