Impressed with Bonaccorde

This review is in relation to our rental property with Bonaccorde – Phillip Oman. Philip's approach to rental property management is very calm and consistent in relation to handling issues with the tenant and landlord. He is articulate, loyal and applies his skills with professionalism and knowledge within the industry. This was particularly noticeable during the Covid19 pandemic. He was most approachable and able to resolve issues with a minimum of fuss. Phillip was helpful in providing ideas and services in maintaining the property. We have been happy with Phillip managing our property and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring similar services.
