The only reason we haven't given Bonaccorde Real Estate team a 5 star rating is because we have only been with them for less than a year, and have yet to meet and deal with all of the office staff, although we have met some of their sales team when visiting various "open for inspections". With regard to the Bonaccorde property management team, we have dealt with Phil Omann over the past 25 years and and found him to be friendly, honest and professional in his dealings with us. Their managing of our properties has been faultless and their statements are complete and easy to understand, always paid into our account on time and where new tenants have been required they have been diligent in their selection of candidates.
