My husband and I remained loyal to the first agent we engaged to rent our beautiful furnished property which we had renovated with heart and soul. One thing I can esteem them for is their consistent smiles. 4 months later - empty property and no action plan in place - I awoke from my coma. We started to explore the net for an alternative agent. Initially I defaulted to same stale criteria - that the property manager be female. They all greeted us with sensational smiles, but when questioned didn’t really offer any intelligent strategy or action plan for our desired success. I knew we could do better. I contacted Bonnacorde. Bit hesitant at first. The property manager, Phillip, seemed nice enough. I was cautious. He claimed 25 years experience. Time would tell. It did. Non pretentious. Focused. Genuine. Years of experience understanding people. These things were clearly at work. What became apparent was that our lovely property in itself was not the sole bait to win the interest of choice applicants. People will also consider the agent name and property manager representing the property. This is the trump card combination. Any subsequent meeting w the agent representative will simply serve to cement their confidence and likely challenge for them to make a decision they were possibly not prepared for. In short, we had several choice applicants coming forward in the first 5 weeks, coinciding with covid19 protocols no less (around April 2020). Bonnacorde have strategically appointed the right property manager to look after their growing portfolio. They know they have an edge in the marketplace and assured success. Wasn’t I smart to choose them. They will deliver for you. You’ve read this review for a reason. Look no further.
