We met Matt in the process of looking for a downsize. Matt showed us one we asked about, then took the initiative to show us another we didn’t know about. He followed up in a very natural and easy way, and then showed us a third that we had looked into but rejected as there didn’t seem to be much info about it the first time we looked into that development (then placed with another agent). As the new agent for this development, Matt had all the info we needed at his fingertips. It was clear by the way he walked us through the floor plan and design options that he had done his homework. In the rare case when he didn’t know an answer immediately, we had it by text or email within 24 hours. Matt was generous in sharing his knowledge and experience of the broader real estate market in Canberra with us and provided plenty of information with regard to selling our existing house in an uncertain market. We ended up making an offer and are very pleased that we did. To sum up Matt: he is professional, knowledgeable and informative well beyond the scope of the development he was selling us, generous with his time and patient with our eternal questions. He is reliable and honest. He is also personable, friendly and approachable. We felt we were in very safe hands and could trust his judgments and responses. Tom was really helpful and knowledgeable from the start.
