We were hesitant to continue with putting the house on the market given the Covid-19 restrictions however Matt was so supportive and took all our concerns onboard. The process went so quickly and sold soon after the first few scheduled appointments which was an exceptional result given the real estate restrictions. As buyers, we found Josh and his colleague Tom pleasant, friendly and very quick to follow up on any questions we had. We put an offer on a property and Josh got back to us overnight with the owner’s answer which we appreciated. Tom was very helpful in following up on a number of issues, including with the building report inspector and a third party property maintenance provider. We appreciated this extra advice to help inform our decision. Josh and Tom consistently delivered on their commitments and communicated regularly with us.

Moving house has been identified as one of the top 10 most stressful life experiences, and I had really dreaded the house sale process. However, because of Josh, Tom and the team at Hive the recent sale of my house in Lyneham was barely in the top 50 stressful events! I am a somewhat reluctant downsizer, and Josh understood the emotional impact the move was having on me as well as the more practical legal, maintenance and decluttering requirements. Josh didn’t make assumptions about my needs and really listened to me about my preferences for the sale process, including, my concerns around having my private sanctuary opened up for inspection. I felt supported through the entire sale process, from the good advice about preparation for photos and open house inspections to post sale moving tips. Importantly, Hive kept me informed of developments at all time and I felt I had control of the sale process. The professional support team Hive has engaged is also exemplary – the photos and video were fantastic. I have had so many people tell me they saw the house on a sale platform and loved the presentation.
