Katrice was very open in her communication which I appreciate much more than BS. She did her research and the price range suggested was backed by comparable sales and we achieved a good result. Her communications between buyer and vendor were also key to a good result and I would definitely recommend her services to friends.

We have used Bree twice to sell our properties. Her knowledge of the market is great and she goes the extra mile to assist with preparing the property for sale and to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the sales campaign. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Josh and his team did an amazing job selling our family home. From day one, we had great confidence in the approach and were kept informed of progress every step of the way. The marketing of our home was flawless and it all felt really consistent with their brand - the whole 'package' felt hugely aligned. We were really happy with the outcome achieved - Josh was open, honest and built our trust. He has created something really special with Hive and his fantastic team. Would 100% use them again, and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Josh was very helpful in sheparding through the purchase of our new home. While always representing the seller, Josh and the team at Hive were easy to deal with and highly professional. The follow up was excellent, ensuring we got through to exchange and settlement with no problems. I would recommend them highly - regardless of whether you are buying, selling, or renting.

From the moment we met Bree we knew we were in the best hands. Unlike other agents, Bree really took the time to understand our home and listen to what we wanted to achieve with the sale. Together with her detailed knowledge of the market, Bree was able to deliver a seamless campaign that showcased our home in a way that connected with a diverse range of buyers. The result speaks for itself - sold and exchanged in 7 days. What we see: an amazing agent that we would recommend without hesitation.

Selling my place is an emotional decision for many personal reasons. From the moment I met Josh he demonstrated honesty, professional expertise, realistic and communicated every step of the journey with me. His team is also outstanding - during a difficult period in life they were compassionate, went above and beyond and supportive in their approach. Total trust in Josh and his team. Furthermore my conveyance lawyer noted his reputation as an agent and integrity, honesty has also been recognised in other professional streams - one doesn’t often hear such positive and reassuring feedback. Josh and team made an emotionally difficult decision seamless. Communication and expertise is outstanding. Don’t go past Hive - you wont find anyone equal to or better in the market

Bree was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend. From the start we were impressed with her communication, openness and punctuality. She intuitively knew how our home should be marketed to attract the correct target buyers. All aspects of marketing were spot on and we had no trouble attracting an audience, even with our “by negotiation “ marketing method. Having failed to sell at auction previously, with a different agent, we were concerned that we may be perceived as unwanted goods. However the fresh and energetic approach from Bree and her assistant Jocelyn resulted in a sale in quick time and at a price meeting our expectations. Having being agents ourselves, for more than 20 years, we would suggest Bree is the best and most effective agent we have seen
