The best aspect was they were both realistic in what to expect. They always asked what our expectations were before giving advice. At no point did we feel uneasy or unsure of what was happening. We were given feedback and updates immediately after every open house. On the day of the auction, everything was explained clearly and they consulted us throughout the auction about progress. When we didn’t understand a strategy of the auction, they made sure we were ok with it proceeding in this direction.
