Isabella Anastasi has been wonderful to work with and she has been a massive help in helping me buy my first home. Her knowledge of the property and building corporate utilities were impressive and her communication skills are through the roof! She responds very quickly to text messages and emails with the millions of questions I normally have on a daily basis, and her polite and friendly nature made this whole experience much easier and enjoyable. I feel genuinely lucky to have a great team of amazing women (coincidentally) from my home loan specialist to my conveyancing solicitor to my real estate agent to help me achieve my goal. I would like to say thank you very much to Isabella and Samantha for their hard work and I would highly recommend them to others, as well as keep in touch with them for my future home plans.

Anthony met with us a couple of times before we signed up with Hive. His advice and understanding of the local area market was thorough and trustworthy. He provided great resources for us to use in doing the final touches. We were nervous about an auction and the short lead up but we trusted him implicitly. We were updated constantly about viewings and interested people who were likely to follow up. He was open and honest in all negotiations. On auction day, Anthony was forthcoming and realistic about what might happen, so we were well prepared. The auction was tough for everyone, but managed so well by Hive’s auctioneer. We remain grateful and extremely happy with the result which I credit to Anthony and his team of professionals.

Katrice and Anthony gave us sound advice on presentation for auction while sharing all their expertise and knowledge of the current market. The best aspect was they were both realistic in what to expect. They always asked what our expectations were before giving advice. At no point did we feel uneasy or unsure of what was happening. We were given feedback and updates immediately after every open house. On the day of the auction, everything was explained clearly and they consulted us throughout the auction about progress. When we didn’t understand a strategy of the auction, they made sure we were ok with it proceeding in this direction. My partner and I still can’t believe how smoothly the whole process went from beginning to end. It was not nearly as stressful as we had expected thanks to the expertise and assurances we were given. As a team, they worked brilliantly as they both contributed to helping my partner and I trust in their advice. This was a textbook example of selling a house with two brilliant agents.
