Bree made our experience in purchasing our first property very easy and enjoyable. From day 1 she was sharing knowledge with us on how the Auction process works and was able to answer all of our questions regarding our options when we were ready to become buyers. Communication was fantastic, she was always available to pick up the phone or direct us to who we needed to talk to at different stages of the purchasing process. As first time home buyers, we were obviously nervous and her frequency of communication was the right amount to ensure we had no reason to stress. Her ability to develop a good relationship with both the sellers and the buyers made the processes enjoyable as we could talk openly about any questions or requests without worry of it backfiring. Bree is genuine and looks out for both parties interest. Overall, the experience was smooth and we would recommend Bree to any of our friends and family who are in the property market.

Josh is a professional and a very efficient agent. We sold and bought a property through him. As a buyer and as a seller, I'm very satisfied with how Josh managed the transactions. He is a professional and does not waste time. Even though, the sold price was lower than what was given in the appraisal, Josh was on point on adjusting the sale price and very efficient in selling our home in a short period, despite slow market. He usually backs up what he say with data and he is a good negotiator. I'll recommend Josh and HIVE property highly.
