Katrice, an outstanding agent, dedicated her weekdays and weekends to selling our property. When the tenants hesitated to accept open homes, she skillfully negotiated to ensure they took place. Our property was sold very close to the estimated timeframe and exactly for the price of $710,000, as estimated by Katrice (Hive), even though the advertised price was $699,000 or more. Katrice also sold our fridge to the buyers separately since it was included in the existing rental tenancy. This was a great outcome for us.
