I had the pleasure of working with Sarah from Hive on selling my property, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed throughout the entire process. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that my property was marketed effectively and that all potential buyers and myself were well-informed, her attention to detail and superb communication skills made the selling process smooth and stress-free. Sam provided an excellent service in selling my unit, showing a great level of patience. She effectively communicated honest feedback, and she was determined to achieve the highest price throughout the entirety of the sales campaign. Theres a reason she's the No. 1 agent in Campbell.

Eva sold the house we bought and it’s been the easiest process. She’s made it fun and exciting for us while still being so informative about the process. Eva communicates clearly, is efficient and very accommodating.

My partner and I had been looking for the right place for quite a while. While Bree was acting for the owner in the property we recently purchased, at all times I felt that this was an open, transparent and clear process. Bree was personable, professional and extremely efficient in providing information when requested. I would not hesitate to engage Bree again and highly recommend both Bree and her support team to buyers and sellers alike.

Bree gave me a fair appraisal and during the selling process she always kept me informed after each open home. I never had to request an update. Her staff Jordan and Bethany were also excellent.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah and her team at HIVE. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. This was my first home and I didn’t feel bombarded and overwhelmed with phone calls or emails at all. They were able to provide me with a solicitor who was also the same and a reasonable price point too. I would highly consider working with Sarah again as my own agent or finding another property in the future. I will also recommend her and HIVE agency to my friends and family. I hope you also have the same great experience as I did.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Matt! From the very first interaction, he was warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in making the buying process as smooth as possible for us. Despite our last-minute view of the property, Matt was quick to accommodate and arranged another inspection before the auction, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make a confident decision. He was always available to answer our questions, provided honest and helpful insights. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every step while making the entire experience stress-free. Even after the auction, Matt continued to support us, organizing another viewing and making sure we were comfortable and excited about our new home. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set him apart. We are so grateful for his help and couldn't have asked for a better agent! We highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate experience. Thank you, Matt!

Samantha made the process of buying an apartment, stress free particularly as we are moving to CBR from interstate. She kept us informed throughout the process. Samantha was helpful, engaging and professional. When we made the offer to the seller, Samantha conveyed the offer to the seller and within 30 minutes she rang to say our offer had been accepted. We highly recommend Samantha and her team at Hive to any future sellers or buyers.

Having Samantha recently sell a long-standing family home was a truly outstanding experience. Her knowledge of the market, judgement, empathy, and advice were all impeccable. Communication flowed freely, with wonderfully timely responses to any questions I had. This was the second time that I have engaged Samantha, and she is unquestionably professional, super energetic, and you can trust her completely. I cannot recommend her highly enough! My sincere thanks to Samantha, her really helpful Sales Associate Isabella Anastasi, and the rest of the team at HIVE for finding just the right buyer for the property!

Selling with Leanne & Tom was a pleasure. They are proffesional agents with current market knowledge. I was happy with the result exceeding my expectations. They can manage their Trades contacts, Painter and handyman who did a great job preparing my property for sale.
