I was really nervous when selecting a real estate to sell my home. Tom is super efficient, very responsible, reliable, and thoughtful. He understands every detail of the property. Communication was easy and responses were quick throughout the whole process. During the pre-settlement inspection, Tom solved the plumbing and lighting issues on site immediately without having to go through additional rounds of communication with the vendor. What a surprise! His team is also highly commended.
