Bree with the assistance of Chloe and Jocelyn successfully sold an apartment for us at a good price in a tough market. The campaign was launched just after the Reserve Bank had raised interest rates sharply 4 months running. Then a 5th rate rise during the campaign. It was hard to find a real buyer with inflation spiked up, rapidly rising interest rates and the banks less keen to lend. But the Hive marketing was first rate, communication great and eventually a buyer came forward with an offer at the right level to close the sale. Under pressure the team remained professional at all times and persisted until the job was done. Very happy with the styling and photographs that Hive arranged, and the willingness to agree to put on extra viewing times was much appreciated.

Tom impressed me from our first meeting to decide if I would engage his services or not. It didn't take me long to decide to engage his services, and he didn't stop impressing me throughout the sales process. His knowledge of the industry and ability to read the market is incredible, being up there with those with many more decades of experience than he. He is too the point, tells it as it is, a good listener and not judgmental. I was kept informed on a regular basis, after each viewing and whenever a prospective buyer contacted him, by What's app, verbally and email. My expectations were exceeded, in both the time it took to sell, and the price achieved. I am extremely happy with his performance.
