Once the New Year started and the other apartment sold at a significant loss, and with a new outstanding marketing campaign, Josh managed to get an offer within a week. We can not recommend Josh more. Always prepared to listen to his clients, phone calls and WhatsApp chats were used to communicate effectively during the pandemic. We spoke often and we always came away feeling confident about the process. We would use him again.
