I had a very nice experience of buying the property with the agents, Tom Wiggins and Jaimy Butler. During the entire process of buying, Tom maintained excellent communication and professionalism. There were some hiccups during the process, sorting out of which had taken a bit of time. But, at the end we are successful in settling down in to the property -all because of Tom's managing skill and the continuous communication with the seller. He is very knowledgeable about the property and gave a walk-through of all the features; hasn't left out any minute details. He managed professionally and arranged the property for early occupation, which I am really happy about. He is readily available and answered all my queries professionally. He and his team mate, Jaimy Butler are readily available and responded to my requests promptly. At the end, it was a nice experience, and am happy to deal with the agents again.
