Buying a property through Hive with Matt Shipard was a smooth and easy process. Matt was knowledgeable about the property and was able to find answers to my questions quickly if he didn’t know right away. He had good background knowledge of previous sales in the complex and area to help with comparisons. He was also not too pushy as some agents are. Eva is a friendly, plain speaking and efficient agent. She was well versed about the property and the current market, did not rush inspections and was tactful about allowing us as buyers time to discuss and think.
