Our search for a selling agent started 3 years earlier when we were in the market looking to buy a property as we knew we will be selling our old house down the track. We used to take notes on various aspects of agents like their professionalism, response time to return calls, desperation to sell, looking after vendor's best interests, conducting open homes on time, honesty while answering queries. David was one of the 3 agents we had shortlisted back then based on our experiences. When we were ready to list the property we spent a lot of time going through reviews on ratemyagent and other statistics like average time to sell and final price. Based on this we shortlisted David and another agent for final interviews with them. Following the interviews, we decided to go with David due to his enthusiasm and desire to get a great result. The whole process was smooth and David guided us through all essential improvements that needed to be done to be able to present the property in best possible way. TDavid was very quick in getting photos and marketing done to list the property. We used to get immediate updates from David following every open home. Some updates were more detailed than others though and it would be nice to get a consistent format update. We though the stratgey that he put together really worked for us even though we were a bit nervous going into the auction. Auction day was simply one of the best days of our lives as within 5 minutes it was all over and we were able to achieve an excellent outcome David was always quick to respond to our queries and had all the time to answer all our questions. He was open and honest in discussions regarding listing price and auction reserve price and we really appreciate his guidance.
