Our search for a selling agent started 3 years earlier when we were in the market looking to buy a property as we knew we will be selling our old house down the track. We used to take notes on various aspects of agents like their professionalism, response time to return calls, desperation to sell, looking after vendor's best interests, conducting open homes on time, honesty while answering queries. Some updates were more detailed than others though and it would be nice to get a consistent format update. We though the stratgey that he put together really worked for us even though we were a bit nervous going into the auction. Auction day was simply one of the best days of our lives as within 5 minutes it was all over and we were able to achieve an excellent outcome David was always quick to respond to our queries and had all the time to answer all our questions. He was open and honest in discussions regarding listing price and auction reserve price and we really appreciate his guidance. We highly recommned David and his team and won't think twice before using his services again for all our future real estate needs.
