I was very impressed with David and the other staff at the Award Group. David seemed to understand the market in my area, appreciate the uniqueness of my house and he conducted a very impressive marketing strategy. When we engaged Award Group Real Estate to manage our unit, Carol was nothing short of outstanding when it came to property management. Carol was always exceptionally quick to turn things around, and quite often it was her chasing me to get stuff done. Quite the opposite experience to other agencies we've dealt with in the past. Later down the track when we were looking to sell, Leighton stepped in and gave us an honest appraisal.
