David instantly stood out to me during my process of interviewing five agents before selecting Award Group to represent my elderly mother in the sale of her home of 50 years. His ability to keep me updated on what I needed to know, not waste my time, and communicate increasingly as we got to the pointy end of the deal was impeccably balanced.
