David is an enthusiastic, friendly and happy agent always looking out for your best interests. Our house sold that quickly that I didn't have the pleasure of working with David for too long but i can say I would absolutely work with him a million times over.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David from Award Group when selling my home. From day 1, David was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for us to follow and referred us to some great people who took us to the final sale price we agreed on. All throughout the negotiations and closing David quickly handled any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a real estate agent there isn't any question on who that will be!

Deciding to sell our family home came with mixed emotions, We spoke to a few Real Estates and on a family recommendation we called Accord Group Real Estate and spoke with David. After meeting him we felt his company was the one to go with. David and his team went above and beyond in advising us and keeping us well informed during the whole process. Its not often you find a Real Estate company that act so professionally, who is knowledgeable, compassionate and transparent throughout the whole process and this is how we found David and his team. David didn't just list our home, he listened, offered help along the way and at all times we felt he acted for our benefit and not just as a listed property. We would highly recommend David and his team from Accord Group to anyone thinking about selling or buying a property and would have no hesitation in using David and his Team at Accord Group again.
