I could not fault David and his team from Award Group. Communication was fantastic as was current market knowledge. David went above and beyond what was expected and I am very happy with the results. I would certainly recommend David Johnson and Award Group Real Estate.

We invested quite some time in researching the best agent for the sale of our beloved first home and our research well and truly paid off. We’d met David and Lochlan at an open home for another local property and we loved their very positive energy, pleasant communication skills, professionalism and knowledge. These two absolutely stand out from the crowd. From our first meeting at our home, the appraisal, we had no doubt that David and Lochlan from Award Group RealEstate would be our agent. The decision to choose them as our agent was the right decision from start to end and it’s been great working with them . They are very professional and their enthusiasm helped us to enjoy the entire process that otherwise would’ve been very stressful! They worked tirelessly with a positive attitude and made the process so easy for us. We cannot imagine this awesome result with anyone else but with David ,Lochlan and the entire Award Group Team. We also had much to do with their support team during the sale process and we must say that the administration team was prompt, their photography was beautiful and the brochures /signboard were also very impressive to us... In all ,an excellent and pleasant experience for us . We are extremely satisfied with Award Group and we cannot recommend them highly enough to all our neighbours, friends, family and anyone who may be thinking about selling their property . Thank you so much!

We are grateful for Leighton's attention to our needs, his knowledge of the market and advice re timing / price range related to our sale. He is excellent with his communication with regular updates. He followed up on each request as promised. We can see that he was doing his best on our behalf. As a result, we are happy with the outcome. We will be most happy to ask him to help us with the purchase of a new home.

David has been the ultimate professional throughout our selling experience. His work ethic and attention to detail have without doubt led to the amazing result achieved for our property. In an industry with an oftentimes poor reputation he is a standout example of what hard work and good character - combined with in depth knowledge and experience in the industry can deliver for the vendor. I would have no hesitations to recommend David to any and all people considering the sale of their property in our area.

We recently went with David Johnson and the team at Award Group to sell our 3 bedroom apartment in Carlingford. David, Leighton and Lochlan were all fantastic, they were always on the front foot and very adaptable to changing situations. They were Always polite and available for a chat and were always more than happy to help out with and answer questions about other unrelated issues.
