Choosing the right agent to sell a property is never easy.. My sister and I invited three experienced agents to make proposals on the sale of our deceased mother’s villa. After 10 years of tenants, we were looking for the right advice on how to proceed. The property looked tired and required some TLC. David’s enthusiasm, local knowledge, recent sales history, and proposal for a private treaty approach, suited us perfectly. Although there was quite a delay until the tenancy expired, David regularly kept us informed on the state of the market and offered useful suggestions on villa preparation and presentation.
