I originally purchased my property through David 12years ago and I was so happy with the service I received from him when I purchased the property that I knew he was the agent to sell my property. After renovating the property to sell it we were able to get it on the market very fast and we sold after the first open house, I had several parties interested in the property and I accepted an offer above the asking price. Thank you David, Leighton and the whole team at Award Group

From the moment I met David from Award I knew I didn’t need to go elsewhere. He portrays a professional but friendly demeanor which was the perfect balance for me. Every question I had was answered quickly, honestly and clearly, and he was always available by phone or email without prompting. I should not have been surprised when the results of the auction exceeded my expectations! Award worked as a very close, inclusive team, from his father Neil down to his offsider Lachlan, and of course the hammer man Leighton! I have a term for this in my game... ‘on point’. Thanks for the experience David, it was an eye opener and a pleasure dealing with you.

After a horrible experience with another agent, it was a pleasure to deal with David. His communication skills were exceptional and he made me feel very secure in my choice to have him sell my property. Thanks, David!

Leighton just sold our third property for us (2 investments). We didn't hesitate to use him again. We were headed overseas and wanted it sold while we were away and knew could leave our home safely in Leighton hands. He even raked up the leaves and watered the garden. We came home from or holiday very relaxed and happy. Thanks Leighton and team.

David Johnson has been most professional and helpful in the sale process of our home. David was always positively supportive, helpful and understanding of our needs and concerns. We are very pleased with the outcome of the sale through David's sale expertise, most positive determination and extensive knowledge of the market and the area. David's prompt update and follow ups to ensure quick resolutions on enquiries regarding the sale process have made the whole process so smoothly with little stress for us. We would highly recommend David Johnson of Award Group to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Thank you so much David! It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.

David and his team carried out a very effective marketing campaign, which lead to large turn-out in terms of numbers of potential buyers. Over approx. 150 groups visited my property through out the 3 week campaign. David has been very transparent in all level of communications, and offer experienced advises on the ideal style of presentation of the property on many open days. David is a warm mannered real estate agent with realistic approaches to his work. David clearly explained the property pricing with thorough analyses on the market demands, and was able to quickly adjust the spot price based on the changes in market expectation. And most importantly, David and his team from Award Group are able produce outstanding sales record consistently, which was the main reason why my wife and I chose Award Group. Highly Recommend to other property owners.

At our very first interview with Leighton is was clearly evident that we were dealing with the person who could be trusted to deliver the outcomes we desired from the sale of our unit. He was able to tell us the size of our unit, what our strata levies were, what the record price for a 1-bedder in our street was and the record price was for a 2-bedder of similar size. He outlined his strategy and plan to mitigate the challenges to achieve our goals. Having already interviewed two other real estate agents, we entrusted Leighton with the sale of our property then and there. A decision vindicated with an offer above our expectations being accepted and contracts exchanged within 72 hours of our first open house. Something that Leighton had predicted – not because of any cockiness, but because of his depth of local knowledge and marketing astuteness applied against a tried and tested process which delivers the results for him and his clients. Acknowledging that real estate is a people and personality business, Leighton is the consummate professional driven by honesty, sincerity and a genuine need to achieve the best possible outcomes for his vendors. We are over the moon with the sale of our unit and there is no doubt in our mind that this is all due to Leighton.

I decided to go with David and his team (instead of another well-known branded agency), based on the reviews on this site and some bad experiences with the other agent. I was not disappointed! I was initially a bit unsure of the process as we were going overseas just before the listing, however David kept the communication open and flowing on a daily basis when we were away. It made things so easy for me, and provided lots of guidance without been too pushy. We struck a deal and got the property sold within 4 weeks! I am glad that I chose to go with Award Group. David and his team were stars to deal with. Highly recommended and will definitely approach them again for future sales/purchases.
