I decided to go with David and his team (instead of another well-known branded agency), based on the reviews on this site and some bad experiences with the other agent. I was not disappointed! I was initially a bit unsure of the process as we were going overseas just before the listing, however David kept the communication open and flowing on a daily basis when we were away. It made things so easy for me, and provided lots of guidance without been too pushy. We struck a deal and got the property sold within 4 weeks! I am glad that I chose to go with Award Group. David and his team were stars to deal with. Highly recommended and will definitely approach them again for future sales/purchases.

We invested quite some time in researching the best agent for the sale of our beloved first home and our research well and truly paid off. We’d met David and Lochlan at an open home for another local property and we loved their very positive energy, pleasant communication skills, professionalism and knowledge.
