From my first phone call with Leighton I knew I had made the right decision in listing my property with him. After no luck after 3 months with another agent, I decided a change was needed. Leighton was very professional and knowledgeable, full of helpful and useful advice, brought solid strategies and was always available to answer any concerns. As a result he found a buyer for my place in under 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much - he saved the day!

David and his team managed to sell our property quickly and for a good price in a difficult market. His marketing approach was a bit different from other agents and was backed up by strong negotiation skills, which I think gave us that edge. David was also very professional, hard working and knowledgeable and was always quick to get back to us. Thank you David!

Leighton Avery recently sold our house at Winston Hills. Being a local himself, Leighton has an amazing knowledge of the local area and realistic perspective when it comes to the market. From the start he was very helpful and supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend Leighton to any property vendors.

David and the entire team at AWARD were superb in the marketing and sale of our home. Throughout the campaign we were constantly kept informed as to buyer interest and they guided us through what is one of the biggest events of our lives. They gave us confidence at every step along the journey. Our family have bought and sold 5 properties with the help of AWARD - each one has been handled professionally and with our interests the priority.

It is a very nice experience to have Leighton for this sale. He has shown his honest, professional and knowledge on this sale. Although the selling price was not what we expected, it is understand that due to the current market’s situation. I will definitely recommend Leighton to all my friends and families for any real estate matters.

From our first meeting Leighton showed great enthusiasm and was fully committed to getting the best possible price for our home. During the selling process Leighton communicated constantly and provided us with feedback from every potential buyer. His insights into the market allowed us to make informed decisions and his advice during the entire process was extremely helpful. We tried selling our home with local real estate agents and were disappointed with the lack of professionalism that they showed and we were pleasantly surprised with how Leighton conducted his work. I would like to commend Leighton for his professionalism and definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

David is brilliant at his job. He knows what he is doing and understands people, the market and real estate. He is a great communicator and keeps you up to date and is always contactable. He is the best real estate agent around. It took 2 weeks from beginning to sold. I highly recommend him, don't look anywhere else.

Leighton made the whole process very easy for me. The property needed renovation prior to going on the market and he organised quotes and coordinated this work to get it on the market quickly. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He worked extremely hard to get the property sold during a very difficult time in the Market, with a higher than expected drop in property prices and outcomes of Banking Royal Commission making it harder for buyers to obtain loans. However Leighton continued to suggest new strategies to get buyers interested. I was extremely happy with Leighton's commitment, work ethic and professionalism. I believe he achieved the best possible price for the property during a difficult market, and I really appreciated his efforts.
