Leighton is experienced, has a good understanding of the property market, was tactful in dealing with potential buyers, worked hard and always willing to do extra to secure an offer, always kept me informed of the progress and gave me good advice of the next step should there's a setback in the campaign. I have no hesitation in recommending him to any vendor.

After 4 whole months on the market without a sale and after 2 failed Auctions with another ‘high profile’ agent and agency, I was at a point of despair and didn’t know what to do! Then I met David and his team from Award Group Real Estate. It wasn’t until after I signed with David and his team which included Lochlan, Leighton and Samuel, to sell my property that I realised not all agents are the same. David and his team were recommended to me by a family member who’d sold with them some years ago. They suggested I give him a call, and I am certainly glad that I did! David and his team were committed to my final result, professional and above all considerate and caring to my having been living at the property for many decades to that point. They were never pushy, although certainly not scared to offer their valuable opinion in how they felt to best handle the sale, the market, and were always thinking outside the square. Would I sell with Award Group again? Absolutely! I cannot recommend them highly enough and I believe that their attention to detail, along with their hands on (team) aspect is what sets them and their agency well above the competition. If my experience can help someone else make the right decision upfront; take it from me – Award Group should be your number one choice if you are thinking of selling a property! Their service, results, marketing and professional manner throughout my sale were second to none (and I had a direct comparison to work off). If you are looking to sell a property, make sure you give Award Group a call.

After being highly recommended from others there was only 1 choice to who we chose to sell our family home. Straight away we were very impressed by David’s valuable knowledge of the area and insightful recommendations on how to achieve a SOLD outcome. The video and photos that were taken were totally above our expectations. It was amazing and we had many comments from others that were also highly impressed! A lot of time and effort was put into the presentation of our property online to give it every chance of attracting potential buyers. Throughout the campaign David was ALWAYS available! For what can be a stressful time David knew exactly how to proceed with our sale and what path we needed to take or alter to achieve a SOLD result that we were happy with. We cannot recommend David and Award Group highly enough. David always had our best interests at heart and worked extremely hard and I believe went above and beyond to achieve our success! For anyone looking to sell David Johnson and his team at Award Group are the ones you need to achieve a SOLD outcome. Very professional, diligent, genuine, hard working, insightful and very experienced!

Leighton did really well to secure a sale for me in a difficult market. He was very thorough and updated me before and after every open home. He also has an excellent knowledge of the Meadowbank area. Would highly recommend to other vendors.

David Johnson from Award Group was the agent who recently sold our house in a tough sliding market. We looked for a local agent and initially spoke with two franchise agencies and then David. We were impressed with his sale proposal which was detailed and realistic and far superior to the two franchisees and their inflated ‘prospects’. David is courteous, very professional, likeable and a good communicator. He worked exceptionally hard to maximise our sale. He is dedicated beyond imagination and has great pride and commitment in his family run business. We had the challenge of two buyers changing their minds and David continued with enthusiasm. He has a deep understanding of the market and his integrity and honesty is rare in the industry. His work ethic and attention to detail is superior and he kept us fully informed and consulted with us all the way through the campaign, and always remained positive. If we were to ever buy or sell a house in Sydney again, David would be our first and only point of call.

We used Award group to sell our home in Rydalmere and they were outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Award group Team stood out as the best Rydalmere has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with David Johnson and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a large complex and in a neighbourhood with similar homes would be tough to sell. David made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second week buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 2 weeks after we put it on the market with a price satisfactory to us and It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended award real estate Team to everyone I know. David is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy and always available to answer questions whether via sms or call day/night. He always kept me in the loop. If you are trying to sell your property seriously dont waste your time and don’t go to any other real estates just go to award group and meet David .

It didn’t take us long to pick David Johnson and his team from award group real estate for selling our first family home. He stood out from all the other local agents with his realistic, honest and professional approach. His communication was always easy and fast. His marketing was on the money which meant a very busy first open house and helped us secure a buyer quickly. In a tough market, his strategies and advice was spot on and we can’t thank him enough for all his help selling our first family home. If you’re looking for a professional, experienced and friendly agent David Johnson and his team at award group stand out!

I have worked alongside thousands of Real Estate Agents for the past 30 years in my role as a Franchise Brand Manager, Business Development Manager and now Marketing Manager in the Real Estate Industry. To say I know plenty of Real Estate Agents is an understatement. But when it came time to assist my parents with the sale of their home in Baulkham Hills after 38 years, I didn’t need to compile a short list of the Agents I knew to call. I only needed to make one phone call and that was to David Johnson of Award Group Real Estate. Why? Because David is a stand out! He’s one of the most impressive Agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Marketing – Superb! Communication and Buyer Feedback – Almost instantaneous! Strategy and advice – On the money!!! Dedication, care and commitment – Off the charts! More importantly, David created a competitive environment on Auction Day in what is currently a tough market. This allowed Auctioneer Lucas Cannan to bring the gavel down and achieve a sensational result for my family. I cannot recommend David and the entire team at Award Real Estate highly enough! Simply put – They are first class!!!

I switched from another agent to David and really happy from efforts him and his team. Its a tough market at the moment and his approach and guidance helped me through the successful sale of my property. After switching I really just had confidence and peace of mind that the sale was in good hands. He provided sound advice and was in constant communication with me throughout the process. I'd be happy to sell my property with him again.
