We have bought and sold over a dozen properties and believe ne, some agents are hopeless. Leighton sold one of our properties and i didn't hesitate to give him the listing for our last sale. He goes above and beyond what an agent does. He even sent me a photo of a vanity he saw which he thought would look good in our place and helped with flooring choices. We got more than we ever thought we would and sold quickly. I will definitely use Leighton again should we sell any more properties. People day houses sell themselves but this is far from the truth. We've had bad and mediocre agents in the past. Leighton is the best we've seen.
