I was first introduced to the Award Group in 2013 when they were selling an apartment in my unit block. I was immediately impressed with their honesty & business ethics. (not the typical used car salesman real estate agent). Apart from their genuine personality they had a thorough knowledge of the local area together with a very professional approach. When listing my property they were great listeners, amicable with their views & gave very experienced advice coupled with a great attitude. With the "Open for Inspections" they were always very punctual & gave prompt feedback on the days prospects together with a full follow up report regularly 2 days later. I am pleased to say that in a very tough almost depressed market the Award Group (David, Lachlan & Leighton) were successful in selling my property for more than the agreed minimum selling price. Moving forward I will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending & engaging the services of David Johnson & The Award Group.

My experience buying my apartment from David and the team at Award Group was so good that when it came time to sell, they were my first choice of agent. Again they did not disappoint, negotiating hard for my business and achieving a great outcome for all involved. I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell in West Ryde and surrounds.
