From the moment you entered our home for the first appraisal we had an instant appreciation for the way that you would handle our business. We felt that the level of service, and attention to detail that Award Group would provide to us, was more comprehensive than other agents in the area that we had met with. We instantly felt “at ease” with you both as people that we could trust and rely on for guidance. We really appreciated the time you took to sit with us and go through step-by-step everything you would do, and backed it up with examples of how those strategies had worked in other locations. From the marketing plans, to inspection times and strategy, to meeting our unique and personal needs, you demonstrated that the service that we would receive from Award Group was going to be top notch.
