Roger was very well informed about the property and in the first phone call discussed with us what he knew so no surprises when we read the strata report. He was also friendly and likeable and down to earth as well as extremely professional.

Charles Touma is an absolute superstar property expert… Throughout my life, I have had many years’ experience buying &/or selling my properties. In this time, I have never met another agent as skilled, knowledgeable, and as trustworthy as Charles. I can now confirm that after his many years’ experience in property, Charles has created a winning formula. The moment I committed to sell; everything flowed, and I did not stress at any stage of the process. Charles and his team kept me updated daily and held my hand throughout. There were so many decisions to make and this should have been incredibly stressful. Charles helped guide me through every decision and each time they worked in my favour. It was an eye-opening experience to watch Charles and his team go about their business of selling properties and especially comforting watching them sell mine. Like a finely tuned machine, leaving no stone unturned, they prepared my property for the best possible outcome. Only 3 days before NSW went into COVID lockdown (March 2020) he sold my property and delivered everything he promised. He needs to write a book; the man is a rainmaker, a magician, a truly exceptional property expert. Thankyou Charles Touma, Ray White Redfern- Exceptional result, flawless experience, forever grateful!!

Roger is an enthusiastic and straight talking agent. He clearly outlined his sales strategy and kept me informed of progress on a daily basis. When you have both the purchaser and vendor congratulating him after a successful auction you know you have selected the right agent. I would use Roger again with hesitation.

Max was a friendly, communicative and helpful agent all through the buying process. Without Max, I may have skipped over the property completely - called to check in based on our previous interactions, and opened the property up on a weekday when I couldn’t make the weekend inspection time. I always felt like I had a good understanding of the process and expectations even as a first home buyer. Definitely one of the better agents that I met in my 9 month property search in the Erskineville-Alexandria-Waterloo area.

Roger engaged us at the outset with full transparency across the sale. He is passionate for his industry and as such his energy shows across all aspects. I will definitely recommend Roger in organising the sale of your property when time to do so.

Roger was very knowledgeable about the current market which enabled us to get the house we wanted at a fair price. He was attentive throughout the whole process, guiding us to homes that he felt were suited to our needs. I would recommend Roger to friends and family in the future as he has always delivered.

Max was amazing, as he was very patient, helping us throughout the process of selling the property. He gave us realistic advice and always kept us informed. We had a great experience selling our place with Max. He has deep knowledge, vast skill and experience, which led to our property being sold after only 2 weeks on the market. We were very satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Max to anyone considering to sell their property.

Roger's willingness to share knowledge of local tradesmen is much appreciated. Roger communicates in a friendly manner with accurate information for the client. He was professional in managing the sale including attention to detail. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
