I have had the pleasure of knowing Charles for around 15 years as THE source for local knowledge of the Redfern and surrounding area real estate market. During most of that time, Charles and his team have managed our investment property and we recently engaged Charles and team for sale of the property. Charles has always been incredibly knowledgable and always stayed in touch in relation to keeping us updated on changes in the local market. I had high expectations of the result and process with Charles based on the above. I couldn't be more pleased to say they have been exceeded on every level. When deciding to sell our property, we reached out to 4 agents in the area. Max was the only one who responded in the promised timeframe and he presented himself with professionalism and an optimistic attitute that we certainly needed given the COVID-19 situation. Max was of great help since day 1, guiding us to prepare the property for sale. We were on full speed to tick all the boxes and everything else went smooth afterwards. Our property was sold within 2 weeks on the market. It's dissapointing that we couldn't get the price we wanted, simply because the market was not at its peak. Yet we believe we couldn't do any better with another agent, and we would definitely recommend Max if you need an agent for your property in Rosebery.

While we missed out on that property, he stood out in terms of the agents we interacted with at that time. When it came to sell, we knew that Max's local knowledge and how he works with buyers would be a major advantage, particularly in the current market. Having now worked with him as sellers we can say without doubt he is head and shoulders above the rest. His constant communication meant we were were aware of how the process was tracking, and he was straight-forward, direct and most importantly, honest. In the end we got a great result.
