Roger has rich knowledge on the properties in Kensington. He was extremely responsive and replying messages in very short time. I like how straightforward he was during the purchasing process. I would recommend him to anyone I know who are planning to sell/buy properties.

From the first meeting with Roger, I have been very happy with his knowledge, suggestions, guidance, punctuality and result. Only 2 weeks on the market, I was very satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Roger and his team to anyone considering to sell their place.

Max's extensive network and lateral thinking enabled him to pull in a buyer from left field and sell our investment property for us in a difficult market. Thank you Max!

We told Charles we were only prepared to sell our lovely home at a certain price, but we didn't actually expect he could achieve it, let alone in five days! Even during COVID, this agent is kicking goals for sellers thanks to his extensive market knowledge of the Redfern and Surry Hills area, expert negotiating skills and huge contact base. Thanks again to Charles and his support team.

Max’s attentive nature made my first home purchase a relatively easy experience, he clearly understood my requirements as a potential buyer and was always quick to direct me to listings he thought would be if interest to me in the area - he wasn’t wrong. Max worked well prioritising the interest of all parties and I appreciated his efforts in making sure any of my queries were responded to. Thank you, “Legend”.

Charles and his team enthusiastically provided proactive, expeditious and thoroughly professional services and support to sell my unit for me during my unscheduled absence overseas. He and his team maintained constant frank honest and effective communication about their progress with marketing my property. This occurred at a difficult time in the markey but a sale was achieved midway through the planned marketing period. The process also benefited from Charles’ access to exposure to the wider Ray White network. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles and his team to anyone wanting to sell their property in the Redfern area.

Max made me feel very comfortable and confident I had made the right choice to sell me home. I had never sold before and Max was wonderful at explaining step by step the process of selling. His personal approach is very comforting and his friendly and honest personality helped with all the stresses that come with the selling game. He is very knowledgeable about his market and suburbs and knows what is achievable. Communication was great and I knew what was happening every step of the way. The end result was above my expectations and I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend Max if you are thinking of selling.

Max helped me with purchasing my first home in Rosebery. He is very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. Max has organised the inspections 3 times for me, also he is flexible with the time. He has also done the little extras with the purchase of this property. Max is very friendly and professional, best agent in Rosebery, highly recommended.

Max was a great agent to deal with throughout the process of buying our first home. He was easy-going and friendly, knowledgeable about the market we were looking to buy into, and patient with all of our novice questions. He made the whole process so much easier to navigate, and for that we are really grateful.
