We were extremely comfortable with letting and selling with Adam and team. Highly enthusiastic, friendly, professional, well informed, updates maintained throughout the transactions. Our apartment was on the market for a week and sold, frankly it happened so quickly, it was almost hard to let go. We highly recommend Adam who is a honest and competent agent, a pleasure to work with.

Dean and Di were professional and knowledgeable and handled the whole process very well. They were lovely to deal with and had a good knowledge of the fluctuating market conditions. They went out of their way to help under challenging conditions.

Steve was fantastic in being flexible and adaptable during the week before Christmas to get a win-win for both ourselves and the vendor at very short notice.

Adam's team has been great throughout the whole marketing campaign. It is a pleasure to work with him and his team from the start to have the property prepared for sale until the settlement. He is helpful, honest and very reliable. Thanks again for helping us to sell our property in this challenging market!

Adam Noakes was engaged to sell our property whilst I was looking to buy too. The market situation was tough in the midst of Covid, where interest rates had plummeted few times and buyers were fearful and cautious. Despite the tough situation times, Adam sold our property with a pleasing outcome quite soon. He is an effective communicator and negotiator with strong market knowledge and experience. He is approachable, prompt in his dealings and kept the interest of his client in focus throughout the campaign. I found him to be ethical and a person with integrity. I would be pleased to recommend Adam Noakes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He has lived up to my expectation of the no 1 agent in the business.

Adam, along with Jason helped my mum sell her long time home to downsize. Their time and efforts were very much appreciated, they were never pushy, and took ample time to explain the process to both of us (one in English and again in Chinese), not once were they impatient or made us feel rushed. Thank you for helping my mum and for getting a good result in this market.

Adam has been one of the best agents that we ever dealt with. We were really impressed by his service that’s why we appointed him to sell our unit after buying a house from Stone Realestate. Being local he has broad knowledge of the area and market, he gives the topmost service. He is very friendly n easy going that made our journey even more smoother. I will choose Adam for sure, next time if we are buying our next property. I have already recommended my friends and relatives. Adams professionalism is mind blowing.
