I chose Stone, not because they approached me but simply by looking at their sales results. They were on average the real estate selling at the highest price point in Hornsby. Their results spoke for themselves. Adam, Matt and the whole team discussed openly our options weekly in order to get the result we wanted, and we did! Thank you to the team. You will not be disappointed.

Adam and team has helped us sell our house within a short time in a tough market. They gave realistic appraisal and helped us align our expectations with the market. Our questions are answered promptly and our concerns are well addressed. Buyer feedbacks are communicated frequently. Selling is a stressful time however we thank Adam and Jason that they have worked hard to make sure everything is on schedule and achieved the best result possible.

My property was on the market for only 2 weeks and sold for a good price. Geraldine is the best realstate agent I’ve ever met. She’s professional, proactive and has great negotiation skills. She has great attention to details skills and very knowledgeable. She provided cost-effective suggestions to get my property ready for sale. She’s trustworthy and reliable. I can’t thank her enough for making our sale process extremely quick and smooth. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone wants to sell or buy a property.

Mr Mattew Ferraro is a wonderful young gentleman!!! He is very kind, warm, honest and capable with various knowledge of the property marketing and selling experience. I met Mattew after finding the unit as 24/14-18 Water Street Hornsby. We communicated each other using texting and phone calls very efficiently first about this property and then I met him in the unit twice to check the conditions. When I was meeting Mattew every time, he always explained the conditions very well with great patient!!! He considered all my concerns and answered all my questions!!! Mattew very confidently told me that this unit is the best one in the local area and I do Not need a building inspector to check up the building!!! Mattew’s word encouraged me to purchase this property. And the strata inspection report has proved Mattew’s word is right as this building did Not have some serious problems in the past!!! I am so happy and satisfied with Mattew’s excellent services and I finally purchased this unit on 7th December 2022. It was a quick decision for buying this unit. From finding it to pay the first payment, it only took less than three weeks time with Mattew’s greatest help!!! This quick purchasing saved me much time and money as I came from Adelaide therefore saving time is so important to me!!! Thank you so very much dear Mr Mattew Ferraro from the bottom of my heart for all your greatest help!!! I wish you all the very best in the future!!! 😃😃😃😃😃😃
