A successful inspection was then conducted and the whole process completed very seamlessly and professionally. Alex and Meg are a great team!

We encountered a number of complexities when trying to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hobart. We found that Aislinn was extremely helpful, showed a high level of empathy, was knowledgeable and very solutions focused. Aislinn was instrumental in us obtaining the lease for the apartment we were seeking to rent. Prior to being successful Layla was very accommodating in terms of showing us suitable apartments via video to provide us with further context. Overall we found the experience with Aislinn and the team to be very positive and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The property manager has been wonderful to work with. I live at the other end of the state and she organises repairs promptly and attempts to get new tenants asap. This would be impossible to do if I didn’t have a great manager. Very appreciative of them.
