I found the team at New Town to be very professional. Their friendliness and polite customer care is beyond exceptional. The girls always deliver on their promises and we're so lovely to deal with. The little touches like "Welcome to your new home" on a little card and a box of sweet chocolates make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I couldn't imagine ever dealing with another agent as the team are brilliant. Thankyou ❤️

I have just signed the lease to a new property though Petrusma and so far every communication weather it’s via email or phone has been lovely and polite. The few agents I have spoken to have been helpful and fast at responding to any questions or emails I have sent or asked. 10/10 service and communication so far and im definitely excited to be a tenant for this realestate as I feel there will never be an issue with them.

Our vacant rental property was leased extremely quickly with an increased weekly rent. Zali was very prompt with her communication both with us and the new tenant and checking of all references etc. She is very thorough with regular inspections and photos of said property and lets us know quickly of any potential problems. Would recommend Petrusma for ease and peace of mind with all property management.

Unhappy with the agent’s recent handover of the property. The agent did not check the house properly before handing over the keys, many lights were not working, house was not clean as it should be. The house needed a lot of maintenance before someone can actually live there. I was shocked that the agent did not check these important things before and got them fixed. Most importantly the house lock was faulty. It took me a week to get everything fixed before we could start to live there. The response from the property manager was very slow, I had to chase them up again and again.
