The Team headed by Cody provided great service and helped us move quickly to secure our Unit , level of contact was excellent. This was our first rental in nearly 40 years and we currently live in Melbourne so it was good to have a experienced team in Hobart to work with and help with the process. We arrived recently in Tasmania and were aware that the rental market was tight, so were nervous about our prospects of securing nice and comfortable accommodation. Our worries were unjustified, we saw an ad on line, contacted Alex Lehmann-Ware at Petrusma, saw a house which suited us perfectly, applied and heard within a few days that we had it. Alex has been very responsive and professional, from the initial contact through the application for the house and afterwards helping us have the few ( minor ) snags we found in the house sorted out. We feel very positive towards Petrusma properties and Alex as a result .

Cody and Zali helped us navigate the renting process. Although we are seniors we were new to renting and modern technology. They we very patient and guided us through what ended up a easy process, even though we were living in a different state from Tasmania. They quickly answered our questions and were easy to get in contact. They sent us all the documents we needed. I'm looking forward to meeting them in person when we arrive in Hobart.
