Ainsley and Ruby, two agents who are the coordinators, approved someone to come to our rental property for maintenance without any notification. There is a big concern of security and privacy. We haven't get notified for someone to come and fix the shower door. No one was at home at that moment. I notified someone was present only when I proactively asked for the maintenance update from Petrusma. From the phone conversation, the Petrusma agent also showed disrespect and ignorance about the problem. The agent just kept on saying that thing is fixed, everything is OK. What will happen if I was having shower or put some valuables in my property? No professionalism and no communication at all.
