The ease of selling our home was outstanding thanks to David - He kept in regular contact, was always very honest and open and really gave the whole experience a personal touch. The very first meeting through to 3 weeks later going unconditional was so seamless, super relaxed and everything just flowed smoothly. The fact we saved so much on commission, and him getting us a really great price on the house were just the icing on the cake really! We couldnt recommend David enough, wouldnt ever use anyone other than him

David grabbed hold of our sale from the very beginning and whether it was the amusing, standout promo video or the very professional open homes, he managed everything perfectly. Add to this a best in class commission rate, great communication at each stage and a sale price after only 3 weeks that far exceeded our expectations (and other agents' valuations!) then this is an absolutely winning formula. David even recommended us to a great Conveyancing Lawyer at half the price we normally pay. We have no hesitation at all in recommending David @ One Per Cent!
