Initially we were a little hesitant to go away from the standard agents but we found Stuart excellent to deal with. He has good knowledge of the local market and was very honest in the appraisal of our property and giving us advice on how to prepare and market our property for sale. The photographer Stuart used was fantastic and our listing looked amazing online. Stuart was very prompt with his feedback after the open home, and we had a contract within 3 weeks of our property being listed.
